Rebuilding Iraq's Schools

As the economy at home falters and state budgets stagger with the load of huge deficits, the President commits billions to the rebuilding of Iraq.

Increasing the deficit by borrowing funds for his venture, he turns about and offers tax cuts for the wealthy while schools suffer major budget reductions.
